The Customer Support team is the central point of contact for Sportradar, and the Customer
Support Analyst plays a key role in handling internal and external issues and requests.
Some primary duties include assisting customers with product integration questions,
troubleshooting data and feed issues, and participating in event support.
This position works closely with internal teams, such as data entry, development, system
administration, sales, and marketing; and externally with leagues, trial users, and customers.
